IMPORTANT:We kindly request you to record a clear, continuous unboxing video (without cuts or edits) upon receiving your package. This will help us verify and resolve any concerns, such as damage or incorrect items, if they occur during transit.
As our products are custom-made and personalized with care, return or replacement requests will only be accepted on the same day of delivery as per our policy. Requests made after this period, unfortunately, cannot be processed. Thank you for your cooperation and for choosing us. 💛

- Replacement for Damaged Frame or Wrong Product
We want your artwork to arrive safely! If by chance your frame is damaged in transit, or you’ve received the wrong product, don’t worry—we’ll happily replace it. 💌 Just let us know right away through WhatsApp or email, and share an unboxing video so we can help you faster.
(Note: We only offer replacements in such cases, not refunds or exchanges.) - No Refunds for Change of Mind
Each product is described in detail on our website, so you know exactly what you’re ordering. Once you click BUY NOW, it means you’ve agreed to our policies, FAQs, and product details.
So, if you simply change your mind or prefer a different material after delivery, refunds aren’t possible. - Size Upgrade Requests (Special Case Only)
Want to go bigger? 🎨 If you’d like to upgrade to a larger size after receiving your order, you can return your current piece at your own cost in its original packaging. Once we get it back safely, we’ll guide you with the upgrade steps.
(Note: Size choices should ideally be made before purchase. Downgrades are not allowed, and approval for upgrades depends on management’s discretion.) - Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If your package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, missed delivery, or invalid contact details, don’t worry—we can send it again once you confirm the correct info. 🚚
