We carefully handcraft and pack every BabyGatha frame with love and precision.

• Frames & Canvas Prints: Processed within 2–3 working days

• Acrylic Frames: Processed within 3–4 working days

Once your order is ready, it is securely dispatched through our trusted courier partners.

Typical delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary due to:

• Weather or transportation delays

All BabyGatha deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners. While we’re happy to assist with tracking updates or delays, we kindly request your patience until the courier makes at least one official “Out for Delivery” attempt.

📦 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts.
👉 Please ensure your mobile number is valid and reachable, as an OTP is required upon delivery confirmation.

🚫 Missed Deliveries

If all three attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse.
You may request a reshipment by paying the standard shipping charges.

🕰️ Specific Date Requests

We always do our best, but specific delivery dates or time slots cannot be guaranteed.
Deliveries depend on courier partner operations and location-based timelines.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD Availability:
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes across India with an additional ₹99 COD fee.

Verification Process:
All COD orders require confirmation via WhatsApp and a verification call.
Unverified COD orders will be automatically cancelled to prevent fraudulent bookings.

COD Not Available For:

• Personalized or custom BabyGatha products

• Hostels, PGs, colleges, hotels, or remote areas

• Business addresses closed on weekends

• Multiple active COD orders under the same account (subsequent CODs may be cancelled)
