📦 Important: Unboxing Video Required

Please record a clear, continuous (no cuts or edits) unboxing video as soon as you receive your package from the courier.
This video is essential for verification in case you receive a wrong or damaged product during transit.

• Record slowly, covering all sides of the parcel.

• Keep the video unedited and continuous for review purposes.

🕒 Note: Due to the personalized nature of our products, return or replacement requests must be raised within the same day of delivery.
Requests made after this window will not be eligible.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or are dissatisfied with material preference.

🚚 Return Due to Delivery Issues

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, invalid phone number, or non-availability, we can re-ship the order after verifying corrected details.

Therefore, refunds or replacements cannot be processed for:

📦 Return Due to Delivery Issues

If your package returns due to a wrong address, non-availability, or unreachable contact, we can resend the product once updated details are verified.

BabyGatha does not alter, filter, or edit your images — ensuring your photo’s authenticity remains intact.
Please ensure your uploaded photo is of high resolution and clarity for the best print result.

💔 If You Receive a Damaged Product

1. Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

2. Share a clear unboxing video via WhatsApp or email for verification.

3. Replacement will be processed after review.

🔁 Replacement Process

• If the frame is broken, a new replacement frame will be shipped.

• If only the back panel, glass, or hook is damaged, we’ll send the required part — easily replaceable at home.
  Our products are designed for sustainability, allowing you to remove the back clips and replace the print or glass easily.

💳 Refund Policy

🧾 For Digital Painting Products

If a parcel is undelivered after 3 attempts and returned, a partial refund will be issued after deducting shipping and return costs.

⏳ Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement only.

If an order is canceled after dispatch or during delivery, it will be treated as delivery refusal, not cancellation.
Refunds (if eligible) are processed only after the product returns to us, and deductions for shipping and logistics will apply.

🚫 For Personalized / Acrylic / Canvas Frames & Mugs

Once shipped, no refunds will be issued for delivery refusals.
Products can only be re-shipped upon payment of re-shipping charges.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after the returned item is verified.
